Blueprints Medical was founded in 2025 by Dr. Ashwin Sabbani, a board-certified emergency room physician, with operational support from co-founder Patrick Breen. After building his own MedSpa from the ground up, Dr. Sabbani experienced the operational and compliance challenges that come with launching a practice outside traditional hospital systems. Blueprints Medical was created to fill that gap — offering practical, accessible guidance to help providers build and scale their own practices.
