Ashwin Sabbani, M.D.
An emergency medicine doctor who has started his own medspa
Dr. Ashwin Sabbani, M.D. is the medical director and he is a board-certified emergency medicine doctor with a passion for promoting health, wellness, and preventative care. His vision of Nüvo You is to create a relaxed, comfortable environment that is accessible for the highest standard of medical care, whether for preventative health, recovery, or anti-aging.
Dr. Sabbani is always happy to also consult for any questions regarding IV Therapies, IV Iron treatments, and NAD+ treatments. He also provides consultations for Medical Marijuana and Platelet-Rich Plasma treatments for hair, skin, and joint care.
Dr. Sabbani completed his Bachelor’s Degree at Michigan State University, followed by completing Medical School at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. He completed residency at St. John Hospital in Detroit prior to moving to South Florida where he currently works as a practicing Emergency Department physician.

With over a decade of experience in critical care medicine—spanning emergency, trauma, and high-acuity patient management— Elizabeth brings a wealth of clinical expertise and precision to the art and science of aesthetics. After more than 10 years in the fast-paced world of critical care, she transitioned her skills to aesthetic medicine, where she has spent the past several years mastering advanced techniques in injectables, skin rejuvenation, and facial balancing, as well as expanding her skill set into the world of regenerative medicine. She combines medical precision with an eye for natural beauty, providing comprehensive, evidence-based approaches to optimize health, restore vitality, and enhance natural beauty.
Her teaching style blends medical rigor with practical, real-world application, empowering providers to deliver safe, effective, and aesthetically harmonious results. Through our online training courses, Elizabeth is dedicated to equipping fellow healthcare providers with the skills, confidence, and safety-focused foundation to excel in today’s competitive aesthetics industry.
